NEWS | ISCF 2013 to conduct Masterclass on building a perfect mall marketing strategy

The success of a mall depends upon its ability to stand out from the crowd and differentiate itself. A Masterclass titled, "Building a Marketing Strategy for Your Mall that Really Works," will be held at the upcoming India Shopping Centre Forum (ISCF) 2013 in Mumbai. Conducted by the international expert Michelle Buxton, Group Managing Director, Toolbox Marketing, UK, the exclusive masterclass will reveal crucial elements of building a perfect mall marketing strategy.

Covering aspects such as shopper behaviour, online media channels, and the sweet spot, the Masterclass will also throw light on how all of these contribute to what the centre becomes famous for whilst driving return on investment and engagement.

Michelle Buxton is the Founder Member of the Retail Marketing Group in the United Kingdom who started off with Sun International Hotel & Casino Group in South Africa and became Centre Director when she was voted Cape Times Business Person of the Year. She has also worked for Pillar Property and Norwich Union Property Managers before founding Toolbox Marketing in 2000. Michelle has been on the Tactics Magazine Advisory Board, a committee member of the ICSC Marketing Conference organising committee, and a BCSC Purple Apple Judge.

The two-day ISCF 2013 will begin in Mumbai on May 8 at the Renaissance Hotel, Mumbai.
