Vendor Development in Dehradun and adjoining areas.
To understand the requirement of the Retreat for Organic and preferred materials to plan accordingly.
To Assist Purchase Supervisor in sourcing materials.
To keep TAT of all purchase requisitions to minimum.
To arrange quotations and samples from market as and when required.
To assist Purchase Supervisor in Market Surveys to analyze new vendors and products available in the market and suitable for the retreat.
To have awareness of market in context to new vendors and products available in the market keeping in mind the standards acceptable in the Retreat.
To arrange quotations and samples from market.
To assist Purchase Supervisor to generate PO/WO and MIS reports from the software.
To laise with Stores for replenishing the stocks and assist in loading and unloading of material whenever required.
To assist other companies of the MAX group with procurement activities as and when required.
