Job Description
1. Safe is counted and contents recorded daily.
2. Safe levels of non-cash items (i.e. petty cash vouchers, wage advances etc) appear reasonable.
3. Non-cash items are properly supported, properly authorized and appropriate.
4. Bank Contracts- All contracts are current and on file. All changes to a contract require a new contract and not marked over changes to the original.
5. Petty cash vouchers are cleared on a daily basis.
6. Bank Deposits are done on a daily basis with any delay properly accounted for.
7. Ensure the collection of all Shift Drop Cash Envelope from Front Office/ F&B Restaurants and Retreat Outlets is on time and are tallied as per Software.
8. Cashier over/short reports and daily deposit discrepancy reports are prepared without delay.
9. Ensure Foreign Exchange Return is submiited to (DOT) on Time.
10. All Cash Collection from Guests, Staff, are with Proper Receipt issue..
11. All Cash Payments are as per approved Authority Chart.
12. Proper Liason with Forex Associate .
13. Undertake cut-off procedure at month end.
14. Filing is proper in respect of all Cash, Petty Cash, Bank Deposit Slips and other Vouchers .
15. Proper support is extended to all Visiting Team of Auditors.
