Vishal
Fitness Planet has opened a fitness centre in Aashima mall, Bhopal. The
centre will offer facilities for gym, cardiac exercises, aerobics, wall
climbing, kick boxing, yoga, spinning, kid's fitness, strength and
weight training, gaming, massage therapy, and nutrition counseling by
certified trainers.
Speaking on the occasion, Vishal Verma,
