The upcoming Vivacity mall at Thane, Mumbai has been rebranded as Viviana with a new logo. Developed by Mumbai's Sheth Developers & Realtors, the new logo of the mall is a multicoloured free flowing ribbon inspired from the seven colours of the rainbow. Witnessing a participation of over 270 brands, the mall also organized a walkthrough for the retailers. Viviana spreads over 1 million sq.ft. with over 241 stores comprising 20 anchor and mini anchor tenants.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashwin Sheth, MD, Sheth Developers & Realtors, said: “The new brand name Viviana (denoting vibrancy and fullness of life) has more synergies with our offerings of international retail experience. The mall will house Cinepolis (with 14 screens) and anchor tenants including HyperCity, Lifestyle, Zara, Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, and Splash for the first time in Thane. Brands like Clarks, Inc. 5, Pepe Jeans, Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Manchester United , Forever New, Malabar Gold, US Polo Assn, Esbeda, Hidesign, Ethos, and 109oF will also be available at the mall.
Viviana will cater to the catchments area of Thane, Mulund, Powai, Ghatkopar and other central suburbs of Mumbai. It will also be accessible to the western suburbs of Mumbai via Powai.
