Patni Commercial Complex, Washim, Maharashtra, developed by Tulsi Infra Projects, is set to become operational in the first quarter of 2014. The project, under development, is spread over 2,30,000 sq.ft., out of which 1,50,000 sq.ft. has been dedicated to shopping, 50,000 sq.ft. for office space and 30,000 sq.ft. for entertainment.
Suresh Jain, Director, Tulsi Infra Projects, said: "The catchment includes surrounding 300 small town and villages. The USP of the mall is its location which is a district place near to the exciting commercial hub of Washim."
Interior and exterior architecture of the mall is taken care by the Mumbai-based Soyuz Talib Architects.
The total investment cost of the mall is around Rs 50 crore, said company official.
