Magneto-The Mall, constructed by Avinash Developers, has unveiled 40,000 sq.ft. premium retail hub called "Magneto Bellagio" into its existing property at Raipur, making the gross leasable area to be 3,25,000 sq.ft.
Priyank Singhania, Director, Avinash Group, said: "Customers now started desiring for more premium and luxury format stores. Hence, to meet this demand, we had to look for more options for premium retailers."
Talking about the target audience, he said that the mall is overall targeted for a radius of 300 km which includes whole of Chhattisgarh and half of Orissa. “Chhattisgarh is a rich state and people are inclined to fashion and spending. We don't get much of options to spend in our city itself, so we thrive on their hunger for fashion and brands," he added.
