Tara
Jewellers, the retail arm of Tara Jewels, has recently entered
Rajasthan and opened its first store in the state at Jodhpur followed by
two more outlets in Udaipur, and Jaipur. Located at Deer Zankar
building, Sardarpura; City Center 19-B, Bhatt Ji ki Bar; and Gulab
Niwas, the outlets spread over 1,100 sq.ft., 1,300sq.ft., and 700
sq.ft., respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Raizada, Executive Director & CEO, Retail Tara Jewels, said: “We are expanding from 30 stores in 19 cities to 50 stores in 37 cities. Being established in the market for the last two years, we will be now reaching out to a larger audience across states such as Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. This month will see the brand not only in newer territories but also on other communication platforms such as national television with the launch of our two brand new television commercials." Incorporated in 2001, Tara Jewels is an integrated player from designing, manufacturing to retailing with manufacturing facilities and distribution offices in Australia, China, Europe, India and the United States. In 2010, the company launched Tara Jewellers, its retail store format.
