Job Description
The position will require travelling in Punjab & Haryana Cluster, and base location will be Zirakpur.
Handling complete HR and Admin role for Punjab & Haryana Cluster (approx 8 to 10 stores)
End to End all the functions of HR
Driving HR operations at the Cluster level
Hand holding the SPOs for smooth store level activities
MPP & Cost Analysis - Manpower planning & Cost analysis on monthly basis
Performance Appraisal - Ensure half yearly & yearly performance appraisal
MIS Reports - Daily & Monthly : Man hours, man power details, joining and leaving details, Absenteeism details etc
Industrial Relation - Handling Employee's grievances & Disputes thereby keeping a disciplined work environment & Taking care of Industrials disputes
Responsible for inter departmental interaction and 'Fun at Work' programs, Transition of New Hires from the Induction Program to Training
Company Policy SOP's, Company Policies & SOP's implementation & auditing to ensure 100% adherence timely
Legal Compliance To maintain all statutory provisions as required under various labour laws such as PF, Gratuity, ESI, Death benefits, Labour contract Act. & Bonus etc
Audit's - Weekly & Monthly audit within entire cluster
Recreational & Society Connect | Motivational programme to all floor staff & managers & Society connect programme
Handling Admin activities also for the entire cluster
Salary:INR 5,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A. + mobile connection
