The top management of Shoppers Stop will come together at the 13th edition of the upcoming India Fashion Forum (IFF) to share their personal experiences and knowledge on the best practices in fashion retail. The session titled, "Best Practices in Fashion Retail from Team Shoppers Stop," will impart valuable insights into customer behaviour, key ingredients for success, inputs on human resources and other critical management aspects.
It will address questions such as "What does it take to run a successful, large format, large scale retail chain?" Having set an industry benchmark for following the best practices in fashion retail, the top management of Shoppers Stop will share interesting facts, on day two of the three day event, that will benefit managers and entrepreneurs alike.
IFF 2013 will begin in Mumbai on March 20th at Bombay Exhibition Centre.
