Job Description :
Should be open to work anywhere in north Kerala.
Overall responsibility for activities at all VMS and AD-VMS in a zone spanning customer service, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice – postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.)
• Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-Postpaid/ prepaid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) across VMS and AD-VMS in a zone
• Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through VMS and AD-VMS
• Ensure availability of stock at VMS and AD-VMS while adhering to norms
• Deliver overall revenue targets through VMS and AD-VMS channels
• Achieve total target for up-selling and cross-selling
• Achieve profitability targets for all VMS and AD-VMS in a zone /branch.
• Facilitate roll-out of VMS and AD-VMS (incl. selection of partners, location etc.) and meet expansion targets
• Coach channel partners to improve efficiency and adherence to processes
• Manage churn and customer satisfaction for walk-in customers at VMS and AD-VMS
• Work with marketing team to execute branding and promotion activities at VMS and AD-VMS
•Resolve VMS and AD-VMS-specific issues within specific timelines
• Keep channel partner motivation levels high through regular reviews of performance
