Job Description
1) Customer Relations managers will be responsible for monitoring, understanding and trying to reduce the amount of customer complaints Reliance Digital receives.
2) Customer complaint managers will be overseeing a team of customer service representatives and will be working alongside the operations and other related departments.
3) The customer service manager position will include logging the various questions and complaints, following up with customers by phone, email or letter to ensure that their questions or problems were handled in a timely manner and issuing refunds or discounts when necessary.
4) Shall be responsible for accurate portfolio analytics, developing new intelligent / innovative control reports for the management
5) Excellent interpersonal skills are also required when dealing with members of staff and customers
6) Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing customer complaints.
