Developed by Brickstone Realty, Prime Business Park mall in Ludhiana
will become operational in the first quarter of 2014. Located at Sherpur
Chowk, the mall has a total built-up area of 4.7 lakh sq.ft. and gross
leasable area of 3.2 lakh sq.ft. Developed as a mixed-used property with
an approximate investment of Rs 150 crore, the mall has two floors for
retail, two for premium offices, one floor for banqueting, and three
floors for hotel and service apartments.
Prime Business Park is
being constructed by the global infrastructure company Zamil Infra with
its headquarters in Saudi Arabia. The company officials say it is the
first pre-engineered steel and glass LEED-certified green building in
Ludhiana. In keeping with the LEED Gold certification, the building is
centrally air-conditioned and designed to maximise natural light.
“We are committed to deliver the best in all we do and Prime Business Park will exemplify state-of-the-art building materials and workmanship - a unique investment opportunity for the investor,” said Dr Vishesh Rawat, AVP and Head – Sales, Zamil Infra.
