City Emporium mall, developed by Realtech Constructions, has recently become functional in Chandigarh. The mall is built across approx 2.98 lakh sq.ft. and has a gross leasable area of around 2.25 lakh sq.ft. Jones Lang LaSalle is taking care of the mall management.

The mall is maintained and operated by Vipul Facility Management and both exterior and interior architect is done by Design Forum International. Landscaping of the mall is done by This Is It Designs and lifts and elevators have been provided by OTIS. The mall has upper and lower basement parking and Building Control Solutions is managing the parking. Security is taken care by Tops Security.
Eight escalators and six elevators alongwith four capsule and two service lifts are available in the mall. There are three entries and exits in the mall apart from four fire exits. City Emporium houses more than 100 stores spread across 6 floors alongwith ground floor and 2 basements. It has four-screen multiplex provided by Wave Cinemas and spread across around 40,000 sq.ft. The other brands signed by the mall are Catwalk, Woodland, Karmik by Kimaya, DLF Ave.Nue, Moti Mahal, Mufti, Spykar, People, and many more.
