- Planning and designing of business strategies to achieve the Store targets.
- Set for the particular store
- Handling responsibility for all the activities of the Store which include departments and sub-departments
- Inventory management
- Managing and leading a team of store employees
- Initiating new processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Managing the sales and distribution/ visibility in outlets
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned
- Maintaining product hygiene at all levels by replacing defective stocks.
