Retail Operations Deliver on topline targets through efficient management of operations (costs, mark downs, fresh and aged inventory, shrinkage and replenishment) Optimise sales potential and manpower (cashier/CSR) productivity Enhance customer experience by setting high standards of customer service, product merchandising, visual merchandising, stock density, queue management, hygiene and housekeeping Monitor adherence to SOPs Monitor pre-launch activities and ensure readiness of the store for launch Ensure legal / statutory compliance in the territory Driving business profitability (both bottom line and top line)
