- Generation of various MIS reports using Navision and MS office.
- Analysis of all these reports & presenting the finding to Director- Operation and Head Outlet- Operation.
- E mail communication as per instruction of Director- Operations.
- Coordination with different departments at Head Office, Assembly and Stores.
- Outlets visit on regular basis for audits.- Observe for proper implementation of SOPs in the store.
- Counseling of Outlet Staff as and when required.
-Conductin g Stock Audit of the Stores
- Conducting entire store audit.
- Maintaining and updating Toplist / Sales Report, Auditors Audit report.
- Update and communicate Management and Operational Targets to the stores
- Maintaining report of Outlet wise and individual CCA sales achievement data
- Complete preparation, updation of Incentives and coordinating with the HR
- Coordinate with IT for System Training and HR for MDP, LDP, Communication training.
- Preparation of Strategy and Action plan for the Operations team
- Outlet Visits as and when required
- Other activities as and when required by the Operations Department
