Job Description:
1. Participate as an integral member in the strategic planning process w.r.t to sales & marketing interventions for the network and provide support and inputs into the centres' financial planning & sales planning.

2. Drive and support the top line growth of the business by building customer traffic through innovative marketing initiatives. Ensure positive return on investment for targeted marketing activities, like events and promotions. Oversee development & execution of category specific marketing strategies.

3. Be the owner of the loyalty program and develop plans to capitalise and maximise revenues from the loyalty & senior citizen base.

4. Own and drive the marketing efforts in the webiste, e-commerce space as well as customer interventiosn using social and new media.

5. Drive sales initiatives in the stores as well as corporate accounts including pitching for new accounts and corporate sites for embedded pharmacies.

6. Keep abreast of industry and competitor marketing trends and adjust sales & marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

7. Ensure that the retail store operations are running as per SOP and supervise key processes of store hygiene and operations.

8. Plan and formulate cost efficient budget for Marketing function. Ensure adherence to the annual budget through tight monitoring of the expenses at the centre and store.

• In depth knowledge & understanding of retail operations

• Self motivated and driven; independent working as well as team skills; Working under inexact task definitions"

• 8+ years of overall working experience with minimum 4 years in retail marketing & sales or operations
