Designation Manager HR- 8-12 years experience, Mumbai
Job Description  -Manage entire Operations of the staffing arm of our client, an established Diversified Group in India
-Introduce and Implement HR Best Practices for all employees of the retail division
-Build and maintain relationships with department heads so as to understand their needs.

-Setting Standard operating Systems & procedures and ensuring the implementation of the same
-To develop, monitor, and continuously upgrade all HR Policies & Procedures at par with the industry - best practices
-Drive the team’s performance to surpass customer expectations

Desired Profile  Must Have:-

-MBA/PGDM in HR
-Min 7 years experience in HR in any consumer/ services industry
-Understanding of HR Processes

-Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational & networking skills

-Strong Analytical skills

-Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills

Nive To Have:-

-Experience in any large Staffing/ Manpower Consultancy.
Experience 8 - 12 Years
