- Graduate Retail Trainees (GRT) will be trained for a period of 1 year - Cross Functional & Store Operational
- GRTs would go through 1 year structured learning plan during the training period
- Post training of 1 year GRTs shall be confirmed as Asst. Store Manager(ASM) operations department in more. supermarket stores (1 Store will be alloted to GRT post confirmation to handle as ASM)
- Assessment of performance would be conducted after every stint by the respective Functional Head at the location
- Comprehensive review process shall be held at the end of the training period aimed at holistic learning
- GRTs will get an opportunity to understand Store operations and will also take care of profit & loss of the stores alloted post training
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A

Education:
(UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
- Candidates with Sales experience in Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Financial(Insurance, Banking, Loans,etc) Industry can apply
- Experience Required - Min 6 months to Max 12 months of strong sales experience
- Only Local candidates can apply
- MBA are not considered for GRT program
- Candidates with only Call Center experience are not considered for GRT program
