Job Description: STRATEGIC:-
Upkeep of Stock hygiene & ambience

Shrinkage control for the Mall

Receiving Stock

Warehouse Operations

SOP custodian

Customer Service Department

Stock take

Interface with facility and commercial

Preventive maintenance

Stock take facilitation

Keep the Global Count

Conduct internal audit

Cashiering

Statutory compliance

Movement of Stock

Trolley and basket

Asset management.
OPERATIONAL:
Setting benchmark for cashiering & improvising on the same

Annual budget planning for Admin/Staff/Security rents

Reduction of operational costs like Electricity Bill, HR cost, store maintenance cost

Complete responsibility and focused attention to critical areas that affects customer experience

Focus on customer touch points and continuous improvisation of the touch points and factors that affect these touch points

Initiate and Support the marketing teams on planning, marketing promotions & events

Tracking changes in offering and updating on POS

Layout changes execution to support business and customer experience

Ensures the Implementation of VM standards and SOP adherence

Support the team and staff during various Audits across the store

Support and monitor the inventory / stock take and minimize effects that adversely impact customer experience and business functioning

Manage Inventory management and shrinkage monitoring

Implementing perpetual inventory taking schedule as per the schedule provided by the Stock team

Preparation and participation for Stock Take as per SOP
