The job responsibilties entail setting up of EBOs, evaluating and finalization of franchisees, handling operational & servicing aspects, identification, evaluation & acquisition of retail real estate,knowledge of retail real estate would be desirable, verification and relevant documentation, looking into commercial statutory and legal aspectts, franchisee management, management and monitoring of franchisees, identifying opportunities for business development and distribution through means of setting up of new franchisee/company owned stores, setting budgets, targets and formalising incentive schemes, retail store feasibilty ROI workings, catchment analysis. Must possess the detailed knowledge of company's product range and services, besides being aware of what competitors are doing.
An MBA with 8 -10 years of relevant experience in retail business development for an apparel retail brand. The incumbent must possess in depth knowledge of retail real estate. Someone with excellent communication skills who can lead from the front. The incumbent should possess excellent team building skills, excellent communication skills with a high level of task orientation with a proactive focus, ability to work independently and show high level of initiative with a “can do” attitude.
