Training Budget & Calendar

•Plan along with the Chief Learning Officer and the business heads, the annual training budget for the territory

•Track learning and development budgets and present reports on a regular basis to the management

Desired Candidate Profile
Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with Human Resources specialization.
•Advance knowledge of Retail Industry

•Advance knowledge of Training processes and accredation processes
