• Ability to strategize, plan and engage senior management is critical
• Ability to interact with senior management folks in Retail Industry
• Large Account management
• Marketing expertise and planning
• Business Understanding
• Should have directly managed a team and also had experience of working with and managing a larger virtual team
Min of 12-15 yrs experience of which 8+ yrs in retail
