A global, leading luxury retailer in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced, motivational Talent Development Manager/Training Manager. Applicants for this Training Manager position should have strong training development and delivery experience gained within the retail or hospitality sectors, aswell as a very strong focus on SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will have previous experience of identifying, training and developing staff in the fields of customer service, selling and leadership. You will be energetic, flexible, dynamic and be very outgoing.

On offer is a superb salary up to AED 17,000 per month, PLUS accommodation and 2-bedroom apartment or housing allowance and meals. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance plus air tickets and medical insurance. A company bonus scheme is also on offer.
